Stellar Mobility Driver, Android package com.stellarmobility.dispatch, is used by authorized Stellar Mobility drivers and staff to manage driver shifts, assigned non-emergency medical transportation routes, trip status updates, safety documentation, and related dispatch operations.

- Account and authentication information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles, login status, and account identifiers used to provide secure access.
- Trip and route information: trip assignments, pickup and drop-off details, scheduled times, ride status updates, route notes, vehicle assignments, and operational records.
- Location data: driver location data while drivers are using the app for active dispatch, shift, route, safety, and trip-status workflows.
- Support and compliance records: activity logs, audit records, inspection details, signatures, uploaded documents or photos, support messages, and device information needed to troubleshoot or document service activity.

We use information to operate driver app workflows, assign and monitor trips, support drivers, maintain safety and compliance records, resolve support issues, protect accounts, and improve reliability of the Stellar Mobility transportation operation.

We share information only as needed for dispatch operations, transportation service administration, compliance, support, security, and service providers that help us operate the app. We do not sell personal information.
Data Storage and Security
